Products & Services

The TimeWolf Employee Timeclock Series securely tracks employee work hours using the PC and the Voice Verification technology. The systems collect work time data in "Real Time," providing reports and graphs displaying regular work hours, overtime, holidays, vacation and sick time. First of the series, Time Wolf, is a single-machine implementation running on a PC under Windows 98/NT/2000/XP capable of processing one verification at a time, via the keyboard and voice verification. Time Wolf Plus combines a bar code scanner with software for collecting work hours using an assigned employee card and voice verification. TimeWolf Pack is designed for implementation on a LAN and can handle multiple, simultaneous verifications and enrollments from workstations on the network. TimeWolf Pack can also handle one or more bar code scanners connected to workstations on the LAN. Regardless of how work time data is collected, keyboard or scanner, all data is stored in a shared location so that reports and graphs will contain all records regardless of where or how they were collected. Other features of the series include, scheduling, accruals, native accounting and payroll service interfaces, and an electronic In/Out board.
