Employee Timeclock Module

The Employee Timeclock Module makes it easy for employees to record work time using the TimeWolf system.

Using The Keyboard The User Can

  • Log-in using an assigned Id.
  • Verify identity by "voiceprint" or password.
  • Confirm type of punch is correct.
  • View regular and overtime hours worked on a weekly and daily basis.
  • Change departments and leave or receive messages.
  • TimeWolfä records the name, department, time, date, and any typed messages.

Using the Employee Bar Code Scanner The User Can...

  • Scan and Go! Employees use a bar code scanner and Employee Cards to enter work time.
  • Verify identity by "voiceprint," on a random or continual basis (optional)
  • Receive messages from the display scanner screen.
  • System Monitor checks for new scans.

Manager Module

The Manager Module is secured by assigned Id and verified by voice or password to enter. The user can access and edit collected work time data, print reports, and setup the system for use.

 

Company Policies

Designed for single or multiple settings, TimeWolfä allows flexibility for intricate company configuration, while maintaining simplicity for those businesses with less complex needs.

Policy Setup

Setup separate policies for different groups of employees. The policy setup portion includes Overtime, Accruals, and Holidays.

Overtime

  • Track overtime using TimeWolfä ’s customizable, open-ended overtime system.
  • Calculate overtime by week, day, or both.
  • Approved overtime automatically, or require a manager to approve it manually.

Accruals

  • Enter accrual formulas.
  • Accrue Vacation Time, Sick Days, and other accrued time based on actual worked hours.

Holidays

  • Automatically inserts specified paid holidays as other time.
  • Set "Worked Holiday Rate" tracks those employees who do work on the specified holiday at special rates.

Departments:

  • Add unlimited number of Departments.
  • Switch between Departments as job duty change.

Employees:

  • "Enroll" employees through a two-minute process where a "voiceprint," is recorded.
  • Set security access to all, part, or none of the programs features.
  • Assign a default policy.
  • Change, Insert, or Delete, employee time card activity.
  • View and edit accrued time.

Choice of hourly rounding rules including:

  • Tenth of an hour
  • Hundredths of an hour
  • ¼ Hour rounding
  • Modified ¼ Hour rounding

In/Out Board

Users can quickly determine the status of any employee and view comments left by that employee.

Schedule

TimeWolf uses a simple to use scheduling interface that allows you to quickly enter employee schedules. This gives TimeWolf the ability to compare actual worked time and identify those employees who are late, early, ontime, or punches that are missed or unscheduled.  Scheduling also provides a means to "self-correct" a missed punch, should an employee forget to clock-in or out.

Summary
Department Summary: Report and graph displaying total hours by department.
Employee Summary Report and graph displaying totals of all employee work time over a defined period.
Who Is Where Report and graph that lets managers know who is clocked in and what department they are working.
Time Cards
Time Cards by Employee Report and graph showing a complete breakdown of hours worked by employees) and selected date range.
Time Cards By Department Report and graph listing all employee work time in the selected department by date range.
Excessive Hours
Department Report listing employees by department, who’s daily totals exceed the excessive hours setting and may have missed a punch.
Employee Report listing employees who’s daily totals exceed the excessive hours setting and may have missed a punch.
Employee List Alphabetical list of employee information.
Failed Voice Verification Lists employees who's access was denied when attempting to enter TimeWolf.

Import and export collected data between locations running TimeWolfä . Great for companies with multiple or remote sites.

Automatic Backup

The automatic backup feature creates a copy of all primary data files on scheduled intervals. This feature provides added security of collected data, should the primary data files become lost or corrupted.
